Sacrificed to the Freedom Dragons is a full length MMMF Fantasy / Romantasy romance novel by authors J.L. Logosz and Vera Valentine. The main romantic characters are Riva (a female human), Rev (a male red dragon), Ellis (a blue male dragon), and Knox (a male white dragon).
The fifth co-write by J.L. and Vera, this is the second full-length book by the pair and one very near and dear to their hearts. It doesn't take a lot of squinting to see this for the political statement it is, with a certain tyrant defeated in effigy and a heartfelt eulogy for the loss of "Rowe" as a quiet literary protest of the overturning of Roe v. Wade. Despite some heavy influences in the overall story, the two had a great time with the humor, including giving a foot fetish to a dragon and adding in some sassy, judgmental chickens. This was the fifth title in what would later become the 6-book Holiday Hedonism series.
Content Considerations: This story is intended for mature (18-and-up) readers, with themes including but not limited to: group “activity” with multiple partners, solo play, blood, chains as restraining devices, voyeurism, kidnapping, mortal peril, non-human anatomy (of the double P variety), patriarchy, recreational 'sweetleaf' use, communism, combustible secretions of joy, pet play, primal chase, foot stuff, minor injuries, magical murder, hoarding, mild body horror, age gap, ‘wax’ play, rimming, em-preg (brief appearance, non-main characters), unapologetic food waste, compelled spontaneous combustion, brief mention of lewd drawings, and glassblowing. While adult interactions between male partners do not need a warning, consider this a heads-up that these interactions, both explicit and otherwise, play a large, happy role in this story.
